I awoke today to his Transplant Doctor speaking with someone in the hallway. She hung out by our door for about 10 minutes before coming in. I was so nervous until she came in smiling. The report said that his Leukemia is undetectable in his marrow. This means we go into transplant with the best possible prognosis of 50% long term survival.
We also get to have day passes this weekend so we can enjoy The Ronald McDonald house during the day and then come back to the hospital around 7 PM for his antibiotics.
A very good day so far!
