Kaedyn says he is so tough he can beat up the Gator basketball players that came to visit him with his strong muscles.
Yesterday began the conditioning phase prior to the transplant. Kaedyn had radiation twice and was put under both times. He doesn’t complain and seems to just go with the flow. He has three more days, twice daily of radiation to complete and then four days of chemo. He will get one day of rest and have the bone marrow transplant on Friday, March 22.
Please pray for no side effects during this difficult phase. We are praying the radiation doesn’t irritate his skin especially the private area where he must have an extra boost. Please pray Kaedyn’s body remain strong, he fights hard, and pray he does not suffer. We ask for prayers for his Mommy who needs strength as she cares for and loves her little son through the radiation, chemo and the transplant. Just as important we ask that you pray for the medical staff who are doing everything they can to cure Kaedyn and get rid of this nasty beast that invades his precious body.

Hi Nan-Nan, Shelsie, Kaedyn, and each of you ((soft hugs)). I am praying, and standing with you all each day praying for no complications, and everything on schedule. Praying for no complications from the radiation. I had radiation, and
it made me so very tired, and some “irritation”… praying for the protection of sweet precious Kaedyn’s body in every area of need O Lord, touch and protect him, and the healing is happening, the miracle each day is closer and closer. He has had a lot of miracles, thank you Lord, and the transplant, praying for everything to be in-line, ready, to receive the miracle of the transplant. Lord, we know each day, your mercy is new and your compassion fails not. Lord, touch each family member as well, and sustain them, with your strength, and peace in Jesus name amen.
